Hoian River Palm Hotel & Villas - Hoi An

We had a fantastic 6-day stay at Hoi An's River Palm Hotel & Villas. Our spacious room with 2 balconies overlooking the pool was a delight. The breakfast included was delicious and the hotel's proximity to eateries was a bonus. The pool area was perfect for families, making it ideal for young ones. our experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel for its value, service, and amenities.

Great value for money in a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The pool is stunning with a variety of depths to accommodate different preferences. The hotel is located outside of town but easily accessible by free bikes or cheap Grab rides. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily.

Some noise from outside on weekend nights due to nearby families. The hotel is a bit far from the town center, but the bikes provided by the hotel can make it easier to get around.

We felt right at home at River Palms. The staff were friendly and always eager to assist us with any questions we had. The free bike rental was a highlight, making it easy to explore the area. Hannah and Mi were wonderful, providing a warm welcome and helpful tips on places to visit. The breakfast was delicious and the currency exchange service was convenient.

I had the best stay in all of Vietnam! The staff and owner were kind and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to assist me. The hotel facilities were fine, especially the rooms with their comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including made-to-order items like pancakes and omelettes. The location was perfect, as it was quiet at night but still easily accessible to the city center. The hotel even provided free bikes, making it convenient to explore the beautiful surroundings. I couldn't fault the cleanliness, transportation, and service provided by the staff.

We had a noise issue on the Saturday nights when families from DaNang stayed at the hotel and were really noisy outside. The bikes provided by the hotel were rusty and not in the best condition.
